This Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Wireless Etc., located at 200 Aviation Plaza, Hot Springs, AR 71913 (“Sponsor”). This Sweepstakes is void where taxed, restricted, or prohibited and is subject to all local, state, and federal laws. By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and not subject to appeal. - ELIGIBILITY
No purchase necessary to enter. This Sweepstakes is open to legal U.S. residents who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry and residents of Garland County, Arkansas. Employees of Wireless Etc., its parent company C & W Communications, Inc., and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible to participate. Only one (1) entry per person will be accepted. - ENTRY
The entry period begins on Monday, November 11, 2024, at 6:00 AM CST and ends on Thursday, November 21, 2024, at 11:59 PM CST. To enter, participants must "like" and "share" the designated Turkey Giveaway post(s) on Wireless Etc.'s official Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/jdwletc22). Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, which may limit a participant’s ability to enter the Sweepstakes. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. - PRIZE
One (1) winner will receive an 18-lb. frozen turkey valued at $27 USD. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other substitutions except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner. - ODDS OF WINNING
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. - WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
A random drawing will be conducted on Friday, November 22, 2024, to select one winner from all eligible entries. The potential winner will be notified via Facebook Messenger by Monday, November 25, 2024, at 6:00 AM CST and must respond within 24 hours to confirm eligibility and claim the prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected. - PRIZE CLAIMING
The winner must claim the prize in person at Wireless Etc.'s headquarters, located at 200 Aviation Plaza, Hot Springs, AR 71913, within seven (7) business days from the notification date. The winner will be required to present a valid government-issued photo ID to verify identity and eligibility. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST, except on Thanksgiving Day and Friday, November 29th, 2024. Failure to provide valid identification or pick up the prize within the designated period will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected. - USE OF NAME AND LIKENESS
By entering this Sweepstakes, participants grant Sponsor the right to use their name, photograph, and likeness for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional compensation or notification. This includes the right to publicly announce the winner’s name and likeness on Sponsor’s social media and promotional materials. - LIMITATION ON LIABILITY
By entering, participants release Wireless Etc., its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from any and all liability, claims, causes of actions, damages, fines, and costs of any kind whatsoever (including reasonable attorney’s fees) which may be sustained directly or indirectly to persons or property in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to any Sweepstakes or prize-related activity. Sponsor is not responsible for any malfunction, injury, damage, or liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or from the acceptance, receipt, possession, or misuse of the prize. - RESERVATION OF RIGHTS
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, cancel, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes in its sole discretion if it cannot be run as planned, including due to tampering, technical difficulties, or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or otherwise acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. - PRIVACY
All entry information becomes the property of Sponsor, and participants consent to the collection, use, and sharing of their personal information for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy (https://wletc.com/support/privacy-policy/). - SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or any other social media websites (each a “Social Media Site” and collectively the “Social Media Sites”). By entering, participants agree to release Facebook from any liability associated with the Sweepstakes. The Sponsors reserve the right to void any entrant’s entry in the Sweepstakes for failure to abide by the guidelines, policies, or procedures of the applicable Social Media Site, and to delete or remove any of entrant’s related “Likes,” comments, posts, tweets, videos, photos, user generated content, or other electronic messages, communications, or submissions at their discretion. The Sponsors also reserve the right to block, ignore, report, and/or completely prevent any entrant, account, user, or profile from accessing the Sweepstakes and/or the Sponsors’ profile(s), account(s), website(s), blog(s), or handle(s).
