Router Configuration
If you're still experiencing issues after following the general troubleshooting steps and you're using a router provided by Wireless Etc., contact us for further assistance. While most ISPs, including Wireless Etc., do not have an alerting system for individual customer connections, our knowledgeable support team is here to help.
On-Site Testing
In some cases, a technician may need to perform on-site testing to ensure the quality of service and availability of your connection. Our educated and experienced team is equipped to diagnose and address any issues to get you back online quickly.
Trouble Shooting Tips
A call to Wireless Etc. will need to be made in order to determine if you are experiencing an External Network or Internal Network issue.
Wireless Etc. supports external network issues including problems with your Wireless Etc. radio and power adapter as well as our towers and upstream network devices. Wireless Etc. does not support internal network issues. This includes issues with your computer, router (customer owned) or other home network devices. If you are experiencing an internal network issue and a service technician is dispatched, you will be billed for the service call. As an alternative, we may refer you to a third party technician for your internal network issue. The only exclusion is the purchase of a Wireless Etc. router or gateway with the support package that is included upon purchase. This support only includes the router or gateway itself other internal IT support issues will be differed or billed accordingly.
