SPONSOR
This Sweepstakes (“Christmas Dinner Giveaway”) is sponsored by Wireless Etc., located at 200 Aviation Plaza, Hot Springs, AR 71913 (“Wireless Etc.”). This Sweepstakes is void where taxed, restricted, or prohibited and is subject to all local, state, and federal laws. By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and not subject to appeal.
ELIGIBILITY
No purchase necessary to enter. This Sweepstakes is open to legal U.S. residents who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry and residents of Garland County, Arkansas. Employees of Wireless Etc., its parent company C & W Communications, Inc., Weldon’s Meat Market, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each are not eligible to participate. Only one (1) entry per person will be accepted.
ENTRY
The entry period begins Thursday, December 4, 2025, at 6:00 AM CST and ends December 18, 2025, at 11:59 PM CST. To enter, participants must “like” and “share” the designated Christmas Dinner Giveaway post(s) on Wireless Etc.’s official Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/jdwletc22).
Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind; lost or unavailable network connections; failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; or other errors that may limit a participant’s ability to enter. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void.
PRIZE
One (1) winner will receive a Christmas Dinner provided by Weldon’s Meat Market, including:
- 1/2 Honey Glazed Spiral Sliced Petit Jean Ham
- Sweet Potato Casserole with Streusel Topping
- Green Bean Casserole
- Southern Corn Pudding
- Cornbread Dressing
- Giblet Gravy
- Yeast Rolls
- Banana Pudding
- Cherry Pie

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or substitutions except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
ODDS OF WINNING
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
A random drawing will be conducted on December 18, 2025, to select one (1) winner from all eligible entries.
The potential winner will be notified via Facebook Messenger on or before December 18, 2025, and must respond within 24 hours to confirm eligibility and claim the prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
PRIZE CLAIMING
The winner must pick up the prize in person at Weldon’s Meat Market, located at 3911 Central Ave., Hot Springs, AR 71913, on Friday, December 19, 2025 during standard business hours.
A valid government-issued photo ID is required for pickup.
Failure to pick up the prize on the designated date will result in forfeiture of the prize.
Sponsor and Weldon’s Meat Market are not responsible for unclaimed prizes.
USE OF NAME AND LIKENESS
By entering this Sweepstakes, participants grant Sponsor the right to use their name, photograph, and likeness for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional compensation or notification. This includes announcing the winner’s name and likeness on Sponsor’s social media and promotional platforms.
LIMITATION ON LIABILITY
By entering, participants release Wireless Etc., C & W Communications, Inc., Weldon’s Meat Market, their subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, damages, or losses of any kind arising directly or indirectly from participation in the Sweepstakes or from acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of the prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for any injury, damage, or malfunction related to the prize, participation in the Sweepstakes, or travel to or from any prize-related activity.
RESERVATION OF RIGHTS
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes if it cannot be conducted as planned, including due to tampering, technical issues, fraud, or causes beyond Sponsor’s control. Sponsor may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or behaves in an unsportsmanlike manner.

All entry information becomes the property of the Sponsor. Participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information for the purposes of administering this Sweepstakes, consistent with Sponsor’s privacy policy:
